A 4-hour in-depth exploration of massage/bodywork and its various uses in the martial arts.  Part 2 will emphasize joint health and joint manipulation.  In the first two hours we will cover massage and assisted stretches found in Thai Yoga Bodywork. Then we learn about how to apply those same principles in martial arts scenarios.

A 4-hour in-depth exploration of massage/bodywork and its multiple uses in the martial arts: Preparation for combat, sensitivity, application, and recovery work. We will examine different qualities of massage and pressure and their specific uses, contraindications (when and what to use) and how to develop sensitivity to movement.
