This seminar explores how to generate real power through relaxation, timing, and efficient movement rather than brute force. Learn to move with adaptability and precision—applying these principles across striking, grappling, weapons, and multi-opponent scenarios.
What We’ll Work On
Power vs. force: generating impact without excess tension
Movement over muscle: using structure, timing, and positioning instead of strength
Relaxation into movement: staying loose to stay fast, adaptable, and unpredictable
“Relax to disappear”: reducing telegraphing and becoming harder to track or control
Micro-movements: small adjustments that create big advantages
Chain striking: continuous, flowing strikes that overwhelm and disrupt
Chain joint disruption: breaking structure across knife, stick, and grappling contexts
Transitioning between ranges: striking, clinch, ground without hesitation
