I had trained in another Russian system (ROSS), but finding good instructors is difficult. To find an excellent Systema instructor like Glenn in my area was great. I get from Systema an increased sense of confidence, an ability to deal with the various ups and downs of life, and of course a great workout. I continue to train for the depth hidden in the apparent simplicity and the great people. Besides Systema, I enjoy diving, improv, shooting and programming when I'm not working as a psychologist.
