I have been wanting to learn Systema after I watched Vladmir's videos many years ago. Finally, I have this great opportunity to learn from and train with Glenn. I enjoy exploring the power of body and mind in every class I attend. My 7 year old son also takes private Systema lessons with Glenn, and I can see that he benefits from various techniques of breathing, relaxing and moving. 

I am a faculty member at Duke Brain Imaging and Analysis Center. As a biomedical engineer and imaging physicist, I have been developing better imaging technologies for mapping the neuronal networks of human brains. I enjoy walking, swimming, reading, playing board games and video games with my family, and trying out different types of food.
