April 29th & 30th Systema Russian Martial Art with Senior Instructor Emmanuel Manolakakis, hosted by Roanoke Systema Group.
The theme this year is Pathways to Progression: finding and personalizing methods and perspectives of training to take you to your highest proficiency in combatives and freedom in movement.

Look for the extraneous to be stripped away and for many quality insights to be shared this weekend.

Topics:
Day 1) The Stick as a Weapon -- Effective combination of striking with joint locks.

Day 2) Freedom in Movement-- developing instinctive and effective defenses against single and multiple attackers.

Shock Absorbtion-- Learn the physical and psychological tools to remain unaffected by punches and strikes while fluidly responding counter defenses.

There will also be a period of demonstration and critique and feedback for Systema Instructors.

Instructors: $200 for fully certified Systema Instructors (from today until the end of registration)

Early Bird: $200 through February 28th

Regular Price: $250 March1st - April 15th

Admission will be $275 from April 16th until the seminar.
