Join us on Sat Sept 14, 2-6PM, for the sequel to last month's popular Against Tension workshop. Last month, we looked at aspects of breathwork, posture, and basic movement in relation to power generation. This month, we progress to:

• striking and strike absorption on the move

• combining power-infused softwork with precision striking

• active control of multiple opponents

• positioning for power in knife defense

Based on material from Vladimir Vasliev's recent seminar of the same name at Systema HQ Toronto. An excellent preparation for those attending our Softwork to Full Speed Masterclass with Martin Wheeler in October.

Open to all, but experience in Systema training recommended. Prior attendance at Against Tension part I (August 2019) not required for registration.
