In Sept 2017, Martin will return to NC SYSTEMA for his fifth consecutive year, to lead an intensive exploration of physical and neurological control. Among the topics covered will be:

- how to fine-tune your balance, timing, and muscular tension
- how to increase your perception and sensitivity to attack
- how to dissipate fear and anger during active conflict
- how to maintain calmness and relaxation under pressure

This event is open to all comers - no prior experience necessary.
