Join us for this final Saturday Systeminar of 2017, in which we focus on how to develop elite strength, mobility, endurance and power through conditioning techniques unique to the Russian martial arts. Learn simple, go-anywhere methods for building your physical and psychological power on the daily, including the use of sticks, training partners, and the natural environment.

Training topics will include:

- Breathwork for enhanced flexibility, endurance, and power
- Conditioning drills for bones, ligaments, tendons, fascia
- Massage for your digestive, lymphatic, and nervous system
