Third annual Russian Martial Art training event hosted by Tidewater Systema group and focused on aspects of fighting in the water, near the water, on uneven terrain. 

Take your training out of the comfort zone of your comforable gyms and train with us in the environment we are surrounded by. 

This type of training is not often introduced in the martial arts and will challenge your senses, your movement, your breathing and your skills. 

This year we are offering this event as a weekend camp. Therefore training value will be increased and you will have a chance to share experiences and enjoy fellowship with our students and out of town guests, including guest instructor or two. 

Work at your pace, no previous Systema experience is required.

Recommended pre-seminar preparation :  V.Vasliev "Fighting in the water" DVD is recommended as part of preparation and can be ordered for you.
