Join us for our final 4-hour workshop of 2016, and round off the year with fun times and critical defensive skills.

From Noon-4pm, we'll be looking at how to move, fight and survive in close range conflicts - both armed and unarmed.

Specific topics include:

- spotting and avoiding knees, headbutts, and "sucker" punches
- surviving close-quarter knife attacks
- rapid, reliable tactics for knife and gun disarming
- spy-style in-fighting, strikes and "short work"

Seminar fee: $50 (members); $75 (non-members)
